- Track benefits to identify [Microsoft Excel, 173KB] if they have been delivered as set out in the business case.
- Based on this, identify any remedial or follow on actions required.
- Regularly monitor performance against the KPIs.
- Establish effective methods for obtaining customer insight and use these to obtain feedback.
- Performance report [Microsoft Excel, 133KB] against targets regularly, as agreed with the customer.
- Consider how you can continue to optimise performance by using continuous improvement techniques.
- Produce your Strategic Plan [PDF, 144KB].
- If you are following the OGC gated review process during this stage you will have undertaken a successful EPR
