Delivery experts in different service areas were asked to give hypothetical examples of how government's strategic vision outlined in 'Transformational Government - Enabled by Technology' might look for their customers and staff in the future. These are not policy commitments, but designed to demonstrate the impact technology could have on public service delivery.
